Week 1: Sweet and savoury pancakes
Students will master the art of flipping their pancakes as they create everything from classic lemon-sugar to hearty savoury treats.

Week 2: Italian Focaccia
The student's had fun in their cooking lessons this week. They created authentic Focaccia bread, getting creative with their toppings by adding Olives, Sea Salt, and Herbs.

Week 3: Victoria Sponge
Switching gears from Italy to a British teatime classic, perfecting the art of the airy sponge and jam filling.
What's Cooking Next?
. Week 4: Pasta Bake
Heading back to Italy for a classic Italian dish. We'll learn about "al dente" pasta and making a rich tomato sauce.

Week 5: Chocolate Brownies:
Students will learn how to achieve the ultimate fudgy texture and rich chocolate flavour. They will focus on precise mixing and timing to bake the perfect Brownie.
